Doesn't work well. Has an electrical failure. I request a refund on the same day received, after testing it and observing that it does not work.

It is charging battery with higher voltage - 15V. I would say it is better to not charge batteries for more than 14,7V. Tried to repair older battery, but it had 1 shortened cell so impossible to use it anymore. Will try on another ones. It shows charging current >11A, but did not measure it (I don't consider it crucial). Bigger issue for me is the voltage (2,5V per cell is very upper limit - safer voltage is 2,45V per cell).
